About
Fortitude Financial Management was founded by Gina McAllister and Khansa Jones in 2011. They wanted to set the standard for providing quality financial services to high net-worth individuals and entertainment clientele in a more personalized way and thus Fortitude Financial Management was formed.

FOUNDER
Gina McAllister
Shortly after getting her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University Gina began her career in Business Management in 1996, providing consulting services (accounting & tax preparation) to businesses and entertainment industry artists in Atlanta, GA. Once completing her MBA in Finance at Howard University, at the top of her class, Gina moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2003 to pursue her career as Business Manager with full force.
Gina’s past experience has been as an Account Manager, helping to build the West Coast Family Office Group at Rothstein Kass and as an Accountant at Grant Tani Barash & Altman, managing entertainment clients such as actors, producers, musicians & writers.
After building her career in Los Angeles Gina has returned to Atlanta in 2021 for the 10th Anniversary of Fortitude Financial in order to service clients in that area. Fortitude Financial maintains two offices in both cities with office hours to accommodate most.
Gina has held other positions in the accounting, banking & lending industries: Tax Cost Analyst, Forensic Financial Analyst, and Real Estate Loan Servicing. Additional skill sets obtained: Financial Modeling, Tax Planning & Budgeting, and effective networking in the entertainment industry. Gina was previously a licensed securities representative (Series 7). She was also the Treasurer of the Board for The Blackhouse Foundation, Inc. and The Image Initiative, Inc. Gina is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
